This is the official Court website for the In re Lupron^® Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation.  A settlement has been reached in this nationwide class action lawsuit about the price of Lupron^®—an injectible prescription drug used to treat prostate cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and precocious puberty.  This is not about the safety or effectiveness of Lupron^®.  The settlement will pay money to consumers, as well as to entities known as "third party payors" (e.g., insurers, employee welfare benefit plans and governmental employer plans), that paid for Lupron^®, and who qualify under the settlement.  You may submit a claim form to ask for a cash payment.  The deadline to file a claim is July 25, 2005.
